风光储微电网控制策略研究 被引量:8

摘要 全球范围内能源危机的加深,使得以化石能源为根本的电力行业面临着严重的威胁,而不断爆发的大面积停电事故同时也已暴露出以"集中式发电"为基础的传统电力系统结构存在的缺陷。以分布式电源为主要组成部分的微电网具有环保节能、安全可靠、节约投资以及发电方式灵活等优点,逐渐成为人们关注的热点。从微电网的主从控制层面研究了其并、离网运行模式切换控制技术,提出了由功率环、电压环、电流环三环构成的协调控制策略。通过对系统并、离网运行模式之间的切换和负荷的投、切等情况下的运行特性进行仿真分析,验证了控制策略的有效性。同时,依托温州鹿西岛风光储微电网示范工程进行了并、离网切换现场试验,为所研究的微电网控制策略的可行性提供了支持。 As energy crisis deepening worldwide,electric power industry based on fossil energy is facing a serious threat. And repeated outbreaks of large area blackout also have exposed the flaws of traditional power system structure based on“centralized power generation”. Distributed power,as the main component of the micro-grid,which has many advantages such as environmental protection and energy saving,safety and reliability,saving investment and flexible way to generating,etc.,is becoming the focus of people′s attention.And the tricyclic coordinated controlstrategy constituted by power loop,voltage loop and current loop was put forward. Through simulating and analyzingthe operating characteristics of switching system between grid connected and off-grid working mode,load switching,so on and so forth conditions,the effectiveness of the control strategy is verified. Meanwhile,relying on the wenzhouluxi island micro-grid demonstration project,a field test switching between grid connected and off-grid has been carried out,which is as the support for micro-grid control strategy studied.
