摘要
在建立电能质量综合评估指标体系的基础上,依据可信性理论确定各指标的隶属度函数及隶属度,并实现隶属度和可信性测度的转化。通过层次分析法(AHP)求出电能质量指标体系中各指标的权值,结合相应的可信性测度得出一个电能质量综合评估结果。用该方法对E6000型电能质量分析仪的监测数据进行综合评估,结果证实该方法直观可行,能够解决目前综合评估方法将模糊和随机双重不确定性混淆带来的评估结果不准确问题。
On the basis of establishing the comprehensive evaluation index system of power quality, the membership function and membership degree of each index were determined according to the credibilitytheory, and the transformation from membership degree to credibilitymeasure was realized. By means of analytic hierarchy process (AHP),the weight of each index in power quality index system was calculated,and a comprehensive evaluation result of power quality was obtainedby combining the corresponding credibility measure. This method wasapplied to evaluate the monitoring data acquired from E6000 powerquality analyzer, whose result proved that this method is intuitive andfeasible, and could solve the problem of inaccurate assessment conclusioncaused by confusion of fuzzy uncertainty and random uncertainty in the previous comprehensive evaluation method.
