油品计量交接过程中,温度直接影响K值(体积修正系数VCF)和流量计检定的准确性,从而导致油品的计量误差。文章分析了管道温度测量管段的结蜡原因和结蜡过程,阐明结蜡是引起各测量点温度差异的主要因素,并提出了有效的预防和处理措施。文章研究结果对油品计量交接准确,减少交接纠纷,维护各方的经济利益具有重要意义。

In the process of oil metering handover, the temperature has direct impact on K value, namely volume correction factor (VCF) and the accuracy of flow meter verification results, which leads to oil metering error. This paper analyzes the causes and process of wax deposition inthe temperature measuring section of oil pipeline, indicates that waxdeposition is the main reason of the temperature difference of variouspoints, presents the effective prevention and treatment measures. Theresearch results have an important significance for the accuracy of oilmetering handover, decrease of handover disputes, maintenance of economic interests of all parties concerned.
