中国民营家族企业寿命短暂成因研究分析

民营经济是我国非公有制经济的重要组成部分,对于国民经济的平稳运行有着重要意义。民营企业最大的特征就是家族化,而我国民营家族企业具有"寿命短"和"长不大"的特征。通过综合企业寿命理论和家族企业理论,以企业战略的综合视角,建立以企业使命与愿景、公司治理、动态能力与竞争优势等为线索的逻辑框架,对分析中国民营家族企业平均寿命短暂的成因能够起到帮助作用。

Private economy is an important part of theNon-Public Sectors Of the Economy(NPSOE)in our country,which has important significance for the smooth running ofthe national economy.The biggest characteristic of the privateenterprise is familization,and the private family enterprisehas the characteristic of"short life"and"small size".Throughcombining the enterprise life theory and the family enterprisetheory,with a comprehensive view of enterprise strategy andanalysis on existing classic literature,we can build a logicframework based onthese clues:corporate mission and vision,corporate governance,dynamic capabilities and competitiveadvantage and strategic stratification.This framework can helpto analyze the problem that average life of Chinese privatefamily enterprises is short.
