校企合作的数字媒体技术人才培养模式探究

On Reform of Digital Media Technician Training Mode based on Cooperation between Schools and Enterprises and Integration of Technology and Artistry

基于教育部高教司对数字媒体技术专业的定位,充分分析数字媒体产业市场的需求,结合三峡大学专业人才培养的实际经验,提出一种校企合作的数字媒体技术人才培养模式,为产业输送更加"高、尖、精"的人才。

This paper, based on the orientation for the Digital MediaTechnology Specialty by Higher Education Department of China’sMinistry of Education, analyzes the market demand of digital media industry, and puts forward a kind of personnel training mode aboutcooperation between schools and enterprises, combined with the practical experiences of professional cultivation, constructed the practical system to provide more advanced talents to the industry.
