Exploration on Cooperation between Higher Vocational Colleges and Enterprises with Idea of Collaborative Education: an Example of Taizhou Polytechnical College

以协同育人为基础理论,从人才共育机制、师资协同培养机制、实训基地共建机制、能力导向评价机制等几个方面,探索泰州职业技术学院校企合作模式的新方法和新途径。并在此基础上,对用人单位、专业教师和毕业生进行后期访谈,验证此方法和途径的可行性。

This paper explores the new ways and new ways of cooperation between colleges and enterprises based on the theory of cooperativeeducation. From the talent education mechanism, the training mechanism of teachers, the training base construction mechanism,ability oriented evaluation mechanism and so on. On this basis, the use of the units, professional teachers and graduates of the late interview,to verify the feasibility of this method and way.
