摘要
以探索大学生学业拖延的影响因素为核心问题,采用定性研究方法,通过访谈法收集数据,结合学业拖延、心理学等知识,全面深入分析大学生学业拖延行为产生的原因,最终得出有任务性质、个人因素和环境因素三方面的共同影响,且与学生所在的年级高低存在密切联系。最后以研究结果为依据,为大学生克服自身的拖延行为提出有针对性的策略建议。
This paper uses qualitative research method to explore the influencing factors of academic procrastination among university students. Combined with the knowledge of academic procrastination and psychology and the data collected by interview, the paper deeply analyzes the causes of university students’ academic procrastination,and then comes to a conclusion that the nature of the task, personalfactors and environmental factors will work. In addition, student’sgrade (low or high) is closely related with the procrastination behavior.At last, based on the research results, the paper makes suggestions for university students to overcome academic procrastination.
