5种中草药对不同分离株禽源大肠杆菌体外抑菌试验 被引量:3

The Antimicrobial Tests of Five Kinds of Chinese Herbal Medicine on Different Escherichia Colis from Local Poultry in Vitro

摘要 为了探讨5种具有清热解毒功效中草药水提液的体外抑菌活性,采用水煎法提取中草药有效成分,以琼脂扩散法分别测定金银花、蒲公英、连翘、板蓝根和甘草的水提物对本地分离的5株禽源大肠杆菌的抑菌活性及最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果表明,对本地5株禽源大肠杆菌抑菌圈最大的是连翘、金银花,其抑菌圈直径约在15~20mm,其次为蒲公英,其抑菌圈直径在10~15mm。连翘、蒲公英、金银花最小抑菌浓度在0.031~0.5g/mL,甘草对两种大肠杆菌的最小抑菌浓度都在0.5g/mL。说明除板蓝根外,其余4种中草药对上述细菌具有不同程度的抑菌效果,连翘、金银花的抑菌效果更佳。 To investigate the antibacterial activity of Chinese herbal medicine extracted liquid with thefunction of heat- clearing and detoxifying from honeysuckle, dandelion, forsythia, Radix isatidis and Radixglycyrrhizae on five Escherichia coli from local poultry in vitro. The effective components of Chinese herbal wereextracted by water decoction method. The antimicrobial activity and minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) ofthe water extracts were determined by the agar diffusion method.The results showed that the significant effect ofantibacterial activities on five Escherichia coli from local poultry was forsythia and honeysuckle, and thediameter of their bacterial inhibition zones was about 15~20mm. Secondly, the diameter of the inhibition zonefrom dandelion was 10~15mm. The minimum inhibitory concentration of Forsythia, dandelion and honeysucklewas 0.031~0.5g/mL. Moreover, The minimum inhibitory concentration of licorice on two Escherichia coli was0.5g/mL. Exceptisatis root, the antibacterial activities of four other Chinese herbal medicine had a differentinhibitory effects on those bacteria. And the most significant antibacterial effect was forsythia and honeysuckle.
