关于建设海绵城市的思考

内涝与干旱已经成为城市建设中频繁发生的问题,如何有效的留住雨水,将其转化为可利用的资源,解决部分时期干旱的问题成为我国城市建设和发展过程中急需解决的问题。因此,在城市建设过程中引入建设海绵城市的理念已成为发展趋势,本文从分析城市水资源现状着手,结合海绵城市理念的提出背景及内涵,思考海绵城市建设的意义及途径。
