摘要
高职院校的实践教学体系是实现其培养人才目标的关键,本文从高职作物生产技术专业实践教学存在的问题入手,改革实践教学内容和教学手段,搭建人才培养平台,积极改善实践教学的条件,加强师资队伍建设,完善高职院校实践教学评价体系,构建了高职作物生产专业"3+4"模式的实践教学体系框架。
The practical teaching system in higher vocational colleges is intended to achieve its keypersonnel training objectives. Based on the problems in practice teaching of higher vocational crop productiontechnology major, reform the practice of teaching content and teaching methods, build up the personnel trainingplatform, actively improve the practice of teaching conditions, strengthen the teachers’teamwork building,improve the practice teaching evaluation system in vocational colleges, and build the“3+4”practice teachingsystem framework mode of higher vocational crop production technology major.
