摘要 在个体与组织的互动中,组织首先规制了个体行为,而个体行为在组织内也有着不同于其他领域的变化。基于个体的行为逻辑,管理者要加强对组织结构内具有特殊技能岗位的管理、关注控制着组织与外在环境联系的专门部门、改善组织内的信息传递方式。 Different hypotheses of the behavior logic of individual employees such as 'economic men', 'social men' or 'policy men' generate managerial philosophy. These hypotheses suggest that the behavior logic of individuals is one of the premises to establish practical managerial strategies. In the process of interacting, the whole organization regulates the individuals' behavior in the first place, and the latter has many different changes inside the former which would have never happened in other fields. Based on the behavior logic of individual employees, the managers should strengthen their management of the positions requiring special skills, focus their attention on the departments which have great impact on the relationship between the organization and outside environment, and improve the way of delivering information inside the organization.
