摘要
经济社会发展需要大量应用技术型人才。地方本科院校作为本科教育的重要基地,具备着"地方性"、"本科性"和"大众性"三方面转型发展的潜在优势,担负着培养技术型人才的重要使命。
Economic and social development requires a large number of applied technology talents. As an important base of undergraduate education, the local undergraduate colleges have the potential advantages of "local", "undergraduate" and "popular" for transformation development, and shoulder the important mission of training technical talents.
