普拉洛芬联合贝复舒对麻疹性结膜炎的治疗分析

The treatment analyse of Curing Measles Conjunctivitis with Oprah winfrey ibuprofen joint Bei Fushu

目的研究普拉洛芬联合贝复舒对麻疹性结膜炎的临床疗效。方法选取69例麻疹并发结膜炎患者分为治疗组(n=35)和对照组(n=34),治疗组给予普拉洛芬联合贝复舒治疗;对照组给予病毒唑眼液联合贝复舒治疗,观察两组患者临床症状改善情况及临床疗效,计量资料组间比较采用t检验,计数资料组间率(%)的比较采用c2检验。结果治疗组28例治愈,好转7例,其总有效率为100%;而对照组无效4例,治愈21例,好转9例,其总有效率88.23%,比较差异具有统计学意义(c2=4.371,P<0.05);治疗组结膜充血消失时间(3.0±0.485)d、畏光疼痛改善时间(3.97±0.514)d与对照组(4.0±0.525)d、(5.0±0.525)d比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取普拉洛芬联合贝复舒治疗麻疹性结膜炎,能显著减少临床症状改善时间,取得良好临床疗效,值得在临床推广应用。

To study the clinical curative effect of measles conjunctivitis with Oprah Winfrey ibuprofen joint Bei Fushu.Methods To select 69 cases of patients suffered with measles complicated conjunctivitis, then they were divided into treatment group (n=35) and the control group (n=34).The treatment group was given Oprah winfrey ibuprofen joint Bei Fushu as the treatment method; The control group was given Ribavirin eye drops combined Bei Fushu treatment.The clinical symptoms and the clinicalcurative effect of two groups were observed.We used t to indicate the materials in the groups,and used c2to indicate the compared measurement data set rate (%). Results 28 cases of treatment group were cured,in which 7 cases were improved, and the total effectiverate was 100%;4 patients in the control group were invalid,and 21 cases were cured.9 cases were improved.And the total effectiverate was 88.23% .The compared differences had statistically significance(c2=4.371,P<0.05);Conjunctival congestion disappearedtime in the treatment group was (3.0±0.485)d;The improvement time of the cured photophobia was (3.97±0.514)d.Thier compareddifferences with(4.0±0.525)d,(5.0±0.525) d had statistically significance with the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Applyingthe oprah Windfrey ibuprofen joint Bei Fushu on the treatment of measles conjunctivitis, can significantly reduce the improvement time in the clinical symptoms, also achieved good clinical curative effect.So it was worth to be applied in the clinical application.
