摘要
目的探讨跟腱外伤诊断中核磁共振成像技术(MRI)的应用价值。方法选取跟腱外伤患者20例,采用核磁共振成像技术检查,对特征性表现回顾。结果本组选取的病例,经MRI检查示,9例跟腱完全性损伤,MRI以跟腱肌腱形态经观察显示极不规整,存在广泛增粗,检测跟腱肌腱束,呈中断状态,T1WI、T2WI在肌腱内表现为混杂性信号为;11例跟腱部分性损伤,MRI以肌腱增粗,肌腱在T1WI、T2WI上,呈局限性高信号,观察肌腱束,呈不规则和毛糙状特征表现。手术病检示,9例为完全性损伤,11例为部分性损伤。敏感度为100%。结论核磁共振成像可对跟腱图像清晰显示,可观察跟腱肌腱内形态及发生病变的情况,对跟腱损伤程度、范围、位置准确评估,并可对跟腱损伤性质判断,为临床诊治提供了可靠、准确的参考依据。
Objective To explore the application value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) in the diagnosis of Achilles tendon injury. Methods 20 cases of Achilles tendon injury were selected from May 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital. The patients were treated by magnetic resonance imaging. Results This group of selected cases by MRI examination showed 9 cases of acute Achilles tendon injury, MRI tendon through morphological observation showed extremely irregular, widespread thickening, detection of tendon bundle, a break state, T1 WI and T2 WI showed mixed signal in 11 cases of Achilles tendon; part of MRI to injury, tendon thickening, tendon in T1 WI, T2 WI, a limitation high signal, observation of the tendon beam, irregular and rough display performance. Surgical disease detection, 9 cases of complete injury, 11 cases of partial injury. Sensitivity is 100%.Conclusion MRI can clearly show the image on the Achilles tendon, can be observed in morphology and pathological changes of the situation, to the extent and scope of Achilles tendon injury and accurate position evaluation, and to determine the nature of Achilles tendon injury, to provide a reliable and accurate reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
