摘要
本文通过一大型食用菌节能机械企业对菌棒自动化生产设计和研究,根据人工对食用菌菌棒的菌袋固定、装袋、扎口、打孔和接种多道工序分析,设计相对应的设备,成功设计由套袋机、装袋机、扎口机和接种机配合而成的加工流水线,在无人工无菌环境中,全自动化完成对食用菌菌棒的加工。本新型套袋装袋机减少人工成本,提高生产效率,可达到100%无菌感染的标准。
In this paper, through a large mushroom machineryenterprise research on production design and cultivationwasteautomation, according to the analysis of artificial bacteria mushroomrod fixation, bagging, tying, punching and inoculation procedures,design the corresponding equipment, successfully designed by baggingmachine, bagging machine, rolling machine and export processing lineinoculation machine with and without artificial aseptic environment,fully automated processing of edible fungi. This new type of baggingbagging machine reduce labor costs, improve production efficiency,can reach 100% aseptic infection standard.
