摘要
由于金属弹性敏感元件的特殊性,它在设计及生产过程中,通过现有理论和经验公式获得的产品性能质量特性,不足以完全真实地反映产品实际情况,仍需要通过大量的试验来获得最终的参数。本文通过引入TRIZ理论,依靠其涵盖的创新思维方法、问题分析方法及解决问题的流程,高效地获得解决金属弹性敏感元件设计生产问题的解决方法或相关产品参数。
Due to the particularity of the metallic elastic sensingelement, the performance quality characteristic of the product obtainedthrough the existing theory and experience formula in the designand production process is not enough to reflect the actual situationof the product, and still needs a lot of experiments. Obtain the finalparameters. In this paper, by introducing TRIZ theory, the method ofresolving the design and production problem of metal elastic sensitivecomponents or the related product parameters can be obtainedefficiently by relying on the innovative thinking method, problemanalysis method and solving process.
