摘要
在金工实习数控铣削的教学环节中,数控铣床的对刀既是教学重点,也是教学难点,大多数学生都不能很好地掌握和运用。数控铣床的对刀方法有多种,但对刀原理只有一个。根据多年的数控铣削教学及操作经验,总结数控铣床常用的对刀方法,以提高学生数控铣削的操作技能和工程实践能力。
In the teaching link of CNC milling ofmetalworking practice, the tool-setting of CNC milling machine isnot only the teaching focus, but also the teaching difficulty. Moststudents can not master and apply it. There are many kinds of toolsettingmethods for CNC milling machines, but there is only oneprinciple. According to years of experience in CNC milling teachingand operation, the paper summarizes the commonly used method ofCNC milling machine tools to improve the students’ CNC millingoperation skills and engineering practice ability.
