摘要
近年来,随着复合材料在航空航天中的广泛应用,其加工制造理论和技术水平在逐步提高。其中,热压罐成型技术是复合材料结构成型中较为成熟的方法,在航空航天产品中广泛应用。但是,由于现代大型飞机中应用的复合材料整体构件轮廓复杂度越来越高,尺寸也越来越大,传统热压罐成型技术已经无法满足制造实际应用需求。因此,为提高制品的质量和工作效率,热压罐成型工艺的改进和优化依然是当前主要的途径。本文根据传统热压罐成型工艺流程和特点,从提高产品质量和效率的角度分析其工艺过程,针对下料环节、温度控制环节、压力控制环节以及模具设计等关键技术,给出现阶段的最新研究进展。
In recent years, with the wide application ofcomposite materials in aerospace, the theory and technology ofprocessing and manufacturing have been gradually improved.Among them, the thermoforming tank molding technology is a moremature structure of the composite structure of the method, widelyused in aerospace products. However, due to the complexity of thecomposite components used in the modern large-scale aircraft,the complexity of the overall structure is increasing, the size ofthe traditional hot-pressing tank molding technology has beenunable to meet the practical application requirements. Therefore,in order to improve the quality of products and working efficiency,the improvement and optimization of the molding process ofautoclave still is the main way at present. In this paper, accordingto the process and characteristics of traditional autoclave moldingprocess, from the perspective of improving product quality andefficiency of its process, for the next material, temperature controllinks, pressure control links and mold design and other keytechnologies, give the latest research at this stage progress.
