多排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像检查中消除运动伪影的相关方法与应用 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,多排螺旋CT(Multi-Detector Spiral Computed Tomography,MDCT)冠状动脉成像已成为无创性筛查冠状动脉硬化性心脏病最重要的影像学手段。如何消除较快心率MDCT冠状动脉成像中的运动伪影进而提升图像质量是促进MDCT冠状动脉成像发展的基础。本文结合MDCT冠状动脉成像中运动伪影产生的原因,综述目前消除运动伪影的相关方法及其应用。 In recent years, the Multi-Detector Spiral Computed Tomography (MDCT) coronaryangiography has become the most iconography method to non-invasive screen coronary artery disease.How to eliminate motion artifacts in rapid heart rates MSCT coronary artery imaging and further improvethe image quality is the basis to promote the development of MSCT coronary angiography. Based on thecauses of motion artifacts in MSCT coronary angiography, this article reviews the related methods toeliminate motion artifact and their applications.
