数字去雾技术在腹腔镜手术中的应用效果简介 被引量:3

Introduction to the Application Effect of Digital Defogging Technology in the Laparoscopic Surgery

摘要 目的为改善腹腔镜手术中的视图效果,提高手术效率提供依据,本研究探讨了数字去雾技术在腹腔镜手术中应用的可行性。方法将64例腹腔镜下行直肠癌根治术的患者,按数字随机分为观察组和对照组。两组均采用传统热盐水预热+碘伏擦拭作为物理去雾护理方法;对照组使用腹腔镜成像设备,观察组在腹腔镜成像设备的基础上连接了本研究设计的数字去雾处理系统。采用数字评分法对两组在30、60、90 min的视图清晰度进行测评,观察两组手术用时和去雾护理用时。结果两组在不同测量时间的视图清晰度评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组在手术用时、去雾护理用时方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论数字去雾技术在改善腹腔镜手术中视图效果方面有积极作用,可以减少去雾护理用时,缩短手术用时,提高了手术效率和手术安全性,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the application feasibility of Digital Defogging Technology (DDT) inlaparoscopic surgery with the aim of improving view effects during operation and operative efficiency.Methods 64 patients received laparoscopic radical resections for colorectal cancer were randomlydivided into observation group and control group. Both of the two groups adopted the physical defoggingmethods that combined traditional pre-heat of warm saline and wipe of iodine. Laparoscopic imagingequipment was adopted by control group, while digital defogging system was additionally used inobservation group. Image definition of the two groups was evaluated by numeric rating scale at 30min,60min, and 90 min of operation respectively. Besides, operation and defogging time were calculated.Results Comparison of the image definition of the two groups at different measuring time has statisticalsignificance (P<0.05); difference of the two groups’ operation and defogging time is statisticallysignificant (P<0.05). Conclusion Digital defogging system has positive effects in improving imagedefinition during laparoscopic surgery in terms of shortening surgery and defogging time. It is worthy ofclinical application due to its higher efficiency and safety.
