基于“互联网+”视角我国移动医疗现状与监管对策分析

Countermeasure Analysis of Mobile Medical Situation and Supervision Based on the “Internet +”

随着移动互联网的高速发展,"互联网+"模式在各领域兴起,移动医疗便是伴随着这一技术革新而产生的。《国务院关于积极推进"互联网+"行动的指导意见》提出"互联网+"医疗,移动医疗是未来发展的大趋势,慢性病管理、远程医疗都依赖于移动医疗,其发展前景非常广阔,但其监管领域几乎一片空白,在行业发展的同时有必要制定相应的监管政策,促进行业的规范化,保证移动医疗真正利于民。本研究以"互联网+"为研究视角,结合我国移动医疗发展现状,分析我国移动医疗应用发展过程中存在的问题,提出移动医疗的监管对策。

With the rapid development of mobile Internet, “Internet +” mode begins to emerge in variousfields, and mobile health is accompanied by this technological innovation. The document of GuidingOpinions of the State Council on Actively Promoting the “Internet + ” puts forward that mobile healthis a future trend. Chronic disease management and remote health care are dependent on mobile health,which has a broad prospect of development. While its regulation has been ignored so it is necessaryto develop corresponding regulatory policies to promote industrial standardization, thus makes surethat mobile health is benefit to the people. This article, from a research perspective of “Internet +” ,combined with the development situation of China’s mobile health, analyzes the problems existing in thedevelopment of mobile medical application, and proposes regulatory measures.
