城市能源-经济-环境(3E)协调度评价比较研究——以山东省17个城市为例

A comparative study on the coordination degree evaluation of urban energy-economy-environment(3E)——taking 17 cities in Shandong province as an example

基于当前供给侧结构性改革背景下城市可持续发展问题,运用能源-经济-环境(3E)协调度评价方法,以山东省17个城市为样本进行"3E"系统协调度评价。山东省17个城市的"3E"系统协调发展存在结构不合理、生态失衡等问题。因此,借鉴国内外先进经验,应采取实施创新驱动发展战略、深化经济体制改革、推动制造业转型升级改造、促进能源消费转型、推动生态文明建设、推进城市"3E"大数据平台建设等措施,以促进城市"3E"系统协调发展。

Based on the urban sustainable development issues in the context of the current supply side structural reform,we take 17 cities of Shandong province as the example to carry out the evaluation on coordination degree of “3E” by usingthe coordination degree evaluation method of energy - economy - environment (3E). There existed the problems of irrationalstructure and ecological imbalance in the coordinated development of urban “3E” system of 17 cities in Shandong province.So we should draw lessons from the advanced experience at home and abroad, adopt the strategy of innovation-drivendevelopment, deepen the reform of the economic system, and promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturingindustry, the transformation of energy consumption, the construction of ecological civilization and the construction of urban“3E” big data platform, in order to promote the coordinated development of the urban “3E” system.
