为推动我国能源生产和消费革命,建设清洁低碳、安全高效的现代能源体系,理性、安全地发展核电是我国能源发展战略的重要选择之一。基于我国核电发展现状,分析我国核电产业特点,坚持我国核电的创新发展,包括可持续发展的资源保障创新,凝聚社会共识的安全管理创新,具有自身优势的科学技术创新,核电"走出去"的产业模式创新,通过创新发展推动"十三五"期间我国核电安全高效发展及"一带一路"战略的顺利实施。

In order to promote China’s energy production and consumption revolution, building an economic, cleanand safe energy supply system, making a rational and safe development of nuclear power is one of the important choices ofChina’s energy development strategy. Based on the current development of nuclear industry of China, making an analysis onthe characteristics of nuclear industry, persisting in the innovative development of nuclear power of China should pay attentionto meet the resources guarantee for the sustainable development of innovation, strengthen the safety management innovationof social consensus, cultivate the technological innovation with their own advantages, and strengthen the model innovation of“going out” of nuclear power to promote the safe and efficient development of nuclear power during the period of the 13thfive-year plan and the successful implement of the Belt and Road Strategy of China.
