摘要
通过广东省某跨海桥梁海上双层贝雷梁支架现浇法施工实例,对跨海桥梁双层贝雷梁支架现浇施工技术及支架结构受力进行研究,对双层贝雷梁支架结构进行力学分析,结合实际比较了各受力阶段的变形特征,分析了支架最不利的受力部位,从而总结一套安全质量可控、结构受力明确的适用于海上桥梁施工的双层贝雷梁支架现浇施工工艺。
Through the living example of cast - in - situ construction of double - deck Bailey beam support for a sea - spanning bridge in Guangdong province, the researches on cast - in - situ construction technology of double- deck Bailey beam support for sea - spanning bridge and supporting structure stress are made, and mechanical analysis is made on double - deck Bailey beam support structure. In combination with actual condition, deformation features at various load - carrying stages are compared, and the most unfavorable load - carrying part of the support is analyzed. Therefore, a set of safe and quality - controlled cast - in - situ construction technology with definite structure stress is summarized, which is suitable for double - deck Bailey beam support for sea bridge construction.
