V型刚构在景观要求较高的桥梁中常被应用,在施工过程中对支架的要求比较高,支架应满足足够的强度、刚度和稳定性,以满足竖向和水平双向承载力的要求,并确保在施工阶段,特别是0#块施工时,V型刚构及支架不发生侧向向外的水平向和竖向变形和位移。就江苏某运河大桥V腿及0#块的成功施工的案例,介绍了V型刚构墩身的施工要点供相关人员参考。
Y - type rigid frame is usually applied in bridges with higher landscape requirements. During the construction, the requirement on the support is higher. The support shall satisfy the sufficient intensity, rigidity and stability, so as to meet the requirement of vertical and horizontal bi - directional bearing capacity, and guarantee that in the construction phase, especially 0 # piece construction, V - type rigid frame and support are without outward horizontal and vertical deformation and displacement in side direction. Basing on the case of successful construction of Y leg and 0# piece of Jiangsu XX Canal Bridge, the construction points for Y - type rigid frame pier body are introduced, thus providing reference for relevant personnel.
