大粒径水泥稳定碎石混合料干缩性能研究

摘要 对水泥稳定碎石混合料两种不同的级配类型(大粒径级配和常规级配)、两种不同的外掺水泥剂量(3.0%和4.0%),分别采用不同的拌和方式(振动拌和和普通拌和),对其干缩性能进行试验研究。结果表明:振动拌和技术对于提升水泥稳定碎石抵抗干燥收缩的能力效果明显,尤其是在水泥剂量较低时更为显著。大粒径级配由于级配的原因仅适用于振动拌和技术,普通拌和无法很好地将其拌和均匀,影响抗裂型级配干缩性能的体现。 Two different grading types ( large - particle - diameter grading and regular grading) and two different additive cement dosages ( 3. 0 % and 4 . 0 % ) are used for cement stabilized macadam m ixture. The experimental research on the drying shrinkage performance is made by respectively adopting different m ixing methods (vib ra tio n m ixing and ordinary m ixin g ). The result shows that the effect of vibration m ixing technology is obvious for im proving cement stabilized macadam to resist the a b ility of drying shrinkage, above a ll, it is more obvious when the cement dosage is lower. Due to grading reason, large - particle - diametergrading is only suitable for vibration m ixing technology. The ordinary m ixing cannot m ix it w ell and uniform ly, thus influencing the embodiment of drying shrinkage performance of anti - crack grading.
