摘要
常规化学品船洗舱系统由洗舱泵、洗舱水加热器、固定式洗舱机、洗舱程序控制装置及洗舱管系组成,用以保证有效地洗舱。基于MARPOL公约对大型化学品船洗舱系统的规定,对洗舱系统相关设备的选型、系统的配置及管系的设计等进行研究分析,并简单介绍化学品船洗舱管系的分类及特点,总结化学品船洗舱管系设计的基本原则。以8万吨级化学品船为例,对洗舱泵排量、加热器热负荷和蒸汽耗量、洗舱机容量的计算及管路设计的基本原则进行研究,寻求最优的解决方案。
An effective tank cleaning systems normally consists of cleaning pumps, washing water heaters, stationery cleaning machine, cleaning procedure control device and cleaning tubes. Based on MARPOL convention on tank cleaning systems of large chemical tankers, this paper analyzes the equipment selection, system configuration and piping system design of the tank cleaning system; briefly introduces the categorization and characteristics of the piping systems,and summarizes the basic principles of the cleaning system design. Taking the 80 000 dwt chemical tanker as the example,it studies the cleaning pump capacity, heater thermal load and vapor consumption, calculation of the cleaning machine volume and basic principles of pipeline design with the purpose to find the optimal solution.
