摘要 为应对持续低迷的航运市场,中国船级社(CCS)联合中远散货动力(集团)有限公司开发"船舶能效在线智能管理系统"软件,旨在寻求最佳节油方案,降低运营成本,提高船舶整体的运营效能。基于此,对船舶能效实时在线综合监控管理(EOM)附加标志的背景及定义进行阐述,以实船为载体介绍申请EOM附加标志的图纸送审要求、硬件的认可及持证要求、硬件的安装要点及注意事项、设备的调试及报验要点、遇到的问题及注意点等,旨在为后续船安装EOM系统提供参考。 A software called “Ship Energy Efficiency Online Intelligent Management System” has been developed by China Classification Society (CCS) jointly with China COSCO Bulk Shipping (Group) CO., LTD. to cope with the slump of shipping market. The software aims to find optimal fuel saving methods, to reduce operational cost, and to improve the overall efficiency of the ship. This paper elaborates the background and definition of the notation ‘ship energy efficiency real-time online integrated monitoring and management’(EOM). Taking a real ship as example, it introduces the key points in applying EOM notation including the requirements on drawings, the approval of hardware, the importance and precautions for the installation of the system, as well as the commissioning and inspection of the equipment, thus to provide reference for subsequent EOM system installation onboard ships.
