摘要
本文通过对悬浇箱梁后张法钢绞线的理论伸长值的计算、量测进行分析,从张拉设备的选用、张拉工艺、伸长值量测、应力损失、偏差处理等方面进行了探讨,分析了引起伸长值偏差的原因及控制方法,同时对解决张拉过程中的应力损失提出了有效的措施。
Based on the theoretical calculation of elongation of tensioned steel strand of box girder after measuring, analysis, selection of equipment from a pull, pulling technology, elongation measurement, stress loss and deviation treatment were discussed, analyzed the reasons and control method caused by elongation deviation at the same time, effective measures to solve the tension stress in the process of loss is proposed.
