高校工程修缮管理的现状与对策研究

当前高校工程修缮管理中还存在审批程序麻烦、工程项目总量大、施工监督力度低、缺乏整体规划意识等问题,这严重影响了高校基础工程建设,对高校师生的学习、生活和工作带来严重不便,影响高校的进一步发展。文章主要针对高校工程修缮管理的现状与对策进行研究,希望以此加强高校工程修缮管理效率,提高修缮工程的质量。

At present, there are still some problems such as the examination and approval procedure, the large amount of project, the low supervision and the lack of the overall planning consciousness. This has seriously affected the construction of basic engineering in colleges and universities, the study and life of college teachers and students. Serious inconvenience to work, affecting the further development of colleges and universities. This paper mainly aims at the present situation and the countermeasure of the university renovation management,hoping to strengthen the renovation management efficiency and improve the quality of the renovation project.
