The national civilized unit is the highest honor of spiritual civilization construction. In order to explore how to create a national civilized unit in universities and colleges, the author analyzed the methods and ways from the practice in Huanggang Polytechnic College. The creation of the national civilized unit, is a dynamic management, is the survival of the fittest. We couldn't reach the goal without the rich connotation and outstanding achievements.
