目的:为合理使用奥美拉唑碳酸氢钠胶囊(速释PPI制剂)提供理论和循证支持。方法:搜集、整理、分析国内外关于奥美拉唑碳酸氢钠胶囊药理作用特点及临床研究和应用的文献,综述该药国内外上市情况。结果:奥美拉唑碳酸氢钠胶囊是一种速释、长效、无需进食刺激起效的质子泵抑制剂,具有良好的理论和临床研究证据支持。结论:奥美拉唑碳酸氢钠胶囊具有较好的临床价值和应用前景。

Objective: To provide theoretical and evidence-based support for the rational use of Omeprazole and Sodium Bicarbonate Capsules(immediate-release PPI). Methods: To collect, collate and analyze the domestic and foreign literature on the pharmacological effects ofomeprazole and sodium bicarbonate capsules and its clinical research and application, and introduce the domestic and international marketsituation of the drug. Results: Omeprazole and Sodium Bicarbonate Capsules is an immediate release, long-acting PPI with the faster onset ofaction, without the need for meal-induced activation of proton pumps, which is of good theoretical and clinical research evidence to support.Conclusion: Omeprazole and Sodium Bicarbonate Capsules have a good clinical value and development prospects.
