Clinical Application and Evaluation of Domestic Fixed-dose Combination of Antihypertensive Agents

目的:概述目前国产固定剂量复方抗压药物的发展及临床应用现状。方法:对国产固定剂量复方降压药物的发展以及治疗高血压的疗效、安全性及患者依从性方面进行分析和探讨。结果和结论:国产固定剂量复方降压药物可显著改善患者血压的控制率,降低社会医疗经费支出,特别是对基层用药具有重要的指导意义。

Objective: To explore the clinical application and evaluation of domestic fixed-dose combinations of antihypertensive agentscomprehensively. Methods: The development trend of domestic fixed-dose combination of antihypertensive agents and the effect, safety andpatient compliance were analyzed and discussed. Results and Conclusion: Domestic fixed-dose combination of antihypertensive agents cansignificantly improve the control rate of blood pressure and reduce social medical expenses, especially for primary use of antihypertensive agents.
