观察瑞芬太尼复合七氟醚用于小儿扁桃体手术麻醉的临床效果

The Effect of Fentanyl Composite Sevoflurane in the Treatment of Children Tonsil Surgery Anesthesia

目的:观察瑞芬太尼复合七氟醚用于小儿扁桃体手术麻醉的临床效果。方法:抽选110例2014年2月—2016年2月期间于我院进行扁桃体手术的患儿,将其平均分为对照组与观察组,每组55例。对两组患儿分别采取不同的手术麻醉方案,比较两种方案的临床效果。结果:对照组的疼痛发生率(47.27%)显著高于观察组(14.55%);观察组的不良反应发生率(7.27%)显著低于对照组(23.64%),组间数据均存在明显差异,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:瑞芬太尼复合七氟醚用于小儿扁桃体手术麻醉时能显著改善镇痛效果,降低不良反应的发生概率,临床应积极采用。

Objective: To observe the effect of fentanyl composite sevoflurane in the treatment of children tonsil surgery anesthesia. Methods:110 cases children tonsil surgery in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were divided into control group and observation group, 55cases in each group. Anesthesia effect of two groups with different methods was compared. Results: The incidence of pain in the control group(47.27%)is significantly higher than observed group (14.55%); the incidence of adverse reactions (7.27%)was significantly lower than the controlgroup (23.64%)(P<0.05). Conclusion: Sevoflurane composite with fentanyl in the treatment of children tonsil surgery anesthesia can significantlyimprove the analgesia effect; reduce the probability of occurrence of adverse reactions.
