七氟醚吸入麻醉、丙泊酚静脉麻醉对小儿腹腔镜手术的应用价值比较

Comparison Between Sevoflurane Inhalation Anesthesia and Propofol Intravenous Anesthesia in Pediatric Laparoscopic Surgery

目的：探析七氟醚吸入麻醉、丙泊酚静脉麻醉对小儿腹腔镜手术的临床应用价值。方法：选取我院收治的行腹腔镜手术的94例患儿为研究对象，按照随机分配的原则分为两组，即丙泊酚组与七氟醚组，每组47例。对比两组麻醉方法的麻醉效果。结果：两组在T1~5时，BIS、HR和MAP等指标情况明显低于T0时，其中以丙泊酚组的下降程度最为显著(P<0.05)；在T1~5时，七氟醚组的RR指标情况显著高于丙泊酚组(P<0.05)；两组患儿的苏醒时间、手术时间及术后喉管拔出时间情况比较(P<0.05)。结论：在小儿腹腔镜手术时，采用七氟醚吸入麻醉，其麻醉深度比丙泊酚静脉麻醉更为合理。

Objective: To compare the effect and clinical value of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia and propofol intravenous anesthesia in pediatriclaparoscopic surgery. Methods: 94 cases of children in our hospital with laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into two groups, thepropofol group and sevoflurane group, with 47 cases in each group. The effect of anesthesia in the two groups was compared.Results: During T1~5, the index such as BIS, HR and map in two groups were significantly lower than that of T0, the degree of decline in thepropofol group is significant (P<0.05); during T1~5, RR index of sevoflurane group was significantly higher than that of propofol group (P<0.05);the recovery time, operation time and postoperative throat pull out time was significantly different (P<0.05). Conclusion: Pediatric laparoscopicsurgery with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia is more reasonable compared with propofol intravenous anesthesia.
