康复新液辅助三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Kangfuxin Liquid Assisted Triple Therapy for Peptic ulcer

目的:评价康复新液辅助三联疗法用于消化性溃疡(Peptic ulcer,PU)的治疗效果。方法:将2014年5月—2016年5月在我院接受治疗的114例PU患者随机分为对照组(57例)和观察组(57例),两组均采取三联疗法,观察组加服康复新液。比较两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组临床症状总有效率(96.49%)及溃疡有效率(92.98%)均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而半年复发率明显低于对照组(7.02%VS 24.56%,P<0.05);两组幽门螺杆菌感染(Helicobacter pylori infection,Hp)根除率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:康复新液辅助三联疗法可有效改善PU患者的临床症状,提高溃疡愈合率,减少疾病复发。

Objective: To evaluate the curative effect of Kangfuxin Liquid assisted triple therapy for PU. Methods: 114 cases of PU patients in ourhospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were randomly divided into the control group (57 cases)and observation group (57 cases). Two groups weretreated with triple therapy; the observation group was also treated withKangfuxin Liquid. The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results: The clinical total effective rate (96.49%)and efficiency ulcer(92.98%)in the observation group were significantly higher than those of thecontrol group (P<0.05), and the half year relapse rate was significantly lower than that of the control group (7.02% vs 24.56%, P<0.05).There wasno significant difference in the eradication rate of Hp between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Kangfuxin Liquid assisted triple therapy caneffectively improve the clinical symptoms of PU patients, improve ulcer healing rate and reduce the recurrence of the disease.
