新农村建设中福安市农村中学课余田径训练的现状调查

The Survey of Extracurricular Track and Field Training in Country Middle School of Fu'an City in New Rural Construction

采用文献资料和问卷调查法,结合自己在农村中学的教育实习,对福安市农村中学课余田径训练开展情况进行了调查,结果表明在新农村建设中,农村中学场地条件有所改善,师资力量上有所增强,课余田径训练取得一定成效。目前存在的问题有体育经费总体欠缺、运动训练条件较差、科学选材困难、学校领导和家长不重视,因此,农村中学课余田径训练难以有效地得到发展。调查发现学校领导重视与否与中学课余田径训练关系密切,建议提高认识、强化意识并将学校体育纳入农村学校教育及其综合改革的发展计划。

With the measures of Literature research, case study, number of research, descriptive study, and education practice in the country middle school and doing the research in Extracurricular track and field training in Fu'an country middle school,the results show that: in the New Rural Construction, it have improved in the condition of rural school facilities and the quality of rural school teachers; the extracurricular track and field training has attained certain results; there are some problems in existence: lack of PE funds in general and the material conditions are poor; it has difficulty in Talents Selection too. Further more the school leaders and parents do not pay attention, all of these cause invalid development in Extracurricular track and field training in Fu'an country middle school. Conclusions: extracurricular track and field training is closely related to the concerns of school leadership; proposals: raising awareness, strengthening the awareness, making the school PE being incorporated into the rural school education and the comprehensive reform of it's development plans.
