摘要
为了保证拟引进的钻井队伍在施工过程中的安全和工程质量,把好钻井队伍的资质审核关非常重要。然而,石油公司资质审核人员在对拟引进的钻井队伍进行资质审核的时候却遇到了一系列问题,主要涉及到资质申请材料的完整性、真实性、有效性和时效性等方面,本文举例进行了说明。同时,针对这些问题,本文提出了建立奖惩机制、建设资质信息系统、规范资质有效期管理、加强现场审核力度等方面给予应对。
In order to ensure the safety and quality of the drilling team to be introduced in the construction process,the quality of the well drilling team is very important. However, oil companies audit staff qualifications in the qualificationexamination on the proposed introduction of drilling team has encountered a series of problems, mainly related to the integrity,authenticity, effectiveness and timeliness of qualification application materials. In this paper, some examples are described.At the same time, in view of these problems, this paper puts forward the establishment of reward and punishment mechanism,construction quality information system, standardized quality management, strengthen the on-site audit and so on.
