ADC12铝合金退火处理后性能的分析

摘要 对各组ADC12铝合金试样进行退火处理,采用金相显微分析、硬度测试、拉伸性能测试等实验方法研究退火处理对ADC12铝合金组织与性能的影响。研究结果表明:ADC12铝合金在400℃退火后硬度不够,450℃退火后硬度变化不大,但塑性好,试样在500℃温度下进行退火硬度最高,达到24HRA,550℃退火后硬度下降,A12Cu相变大,会使合金不耐腐蚀,所以在500℃~550℃之间对铸件进行退火处理,ADC12铝合金综合力学性能得到有效改善。 Through adopting the methods of metallographic micro analysis, hardness test as well as tensile property test etc., the researches tend to study the influence that annealing could cause to the function and tissue of ADC12 Aluminium. The results indicate that: The hardness of ADC12 Aluminium is not ideal after 400 centigrades of annealing; On the circumstance that the temperature of annealing raises to 450 centigrades, the hardness of ADC12 Aluminium does not change dramatically, but it shows good quality of plasticity; the sample reaches its maximum of hardness at 500 centigrades of annealing, which is 24 HRA; When the temperature increases to 550 centigrades, the hardness of the aluminium declines while comparatively, A12Cu grows, which makes the aluminium hard to stand the corrosion. Therefore,as a summary of the results mentioned above, the comprehensive mechanical property of ADC12 Aluminium is effectively improved under the condition that the annealing treatment is conducted to the cast between the temperature of 500 centigrades to 550 centigrades.
