摘要
为了提高螺杆压缩机组的实际运行的综合性能,通过压缩机内外压缩比差异对压缩机性能的影响,研究分析机组性能的逻辑关系,实验结果表明,压缩机内外压缩比匹配能提高压缩机性能,特别在部分负荷情况下螺杆压缩机组采用电机变频技术和滑块的优化控制,实现整个机组的性能提高。
In order to improve the comprehensive performance of the actual operation of the screw compressor, through the compression ratio of the inside and outside of the compressor, study the logical relation of unit performance. Experimental results show that Compressor performance can be improved with the matching of internal and external compression ratio. In particular, the screw compressor unit adopts motor frequency conversion technology and the optimization control of the block valve, and the performance of the whole unit is improved.
