图解悬索桥主塔施工关键技术

摘要 扬州万福大桥新建工程横跨长江支流廖家沟,桥梁全长664 m,主桥主跨为双塔自锚式悬索桥,跨度为94 m+188 m+94m,主桥桥宽为30.5 m。工程总造价为6.4亿元。结合施工实践,剖析了本工程主塔施工难点,提出了在主塔施工作业时要紧扣主塔墩钻孔灌注桩、承台、主塔塔身施工等重点环节,狠抓工程质量过程控制措施落实,具体探讨了水上施工平台、钻孔、灌注水下混凝土、双壁钢围堰、承台大体积混凝土、塔柱、横梁施工等一系列应对措施,可为类似工程施工提供参考。 New construction of Yangzhou Wanfu Bridge steps across the Yangtze River tributary Liao Ravine, with respect to the main bridge main span of the twin towers of self-anchored suspension(bridge length :664 m;Span:94 m+188 m+94 m;main Bridge width:30.5 m). The total project cost is 640 million yuan.Combining Yangzhou Wanfu Bridge construction practice, analyzes the main tower construction difficulties encountered during construction, when the proposed construction work to be closely linked to the main tower. The bridge pier bored pile, pile cap, the main tower body construction and other key sectors are proposed, while paying close attention to project quality process control measures implemented. The water construction platform, drilling, pouring underwater concrete, doublewall steel cofferdam, base slab at a series of major technical problems concrete, tower, construction beams are specifically discussed . The responses to solve related problems summarized, can provide references for similar projects.
