构建以就业为导向的实战课程体系研究——以电子商务专业为例

Study on Construction of the Practice Course of Employment-oriented Curriculum System-Case Study of E-commerce Major

根据目前高职电子商务专业教学现状和存在的问题,深入构建以就业为导向的电子商务专业实战课程体系,研究内容是根据电子商务企业所需人才动手能力的要求,按照电子商务专业教学和学习特点,组织安排适合每学期所学课程知识的综合停课实训,从大一到大三,由浅到深的选择停课实战内容,让电子商务专业学生与实体市场的批发店经营户直接对接,充分利用各自线上和线下的优势,实现线上和线下同步进行市场批发业务,从而达到直接将学生带到实际的电子商务工作的现场,为电子商务专业学生就业奠定坚实基础的研究思路。研究成果供相关高职院校参考。

According to the teaching status and existing problems of e- commerce major in higher vocational colleges, it is necessary to build practice courses in employment-oriented curriculum system,at request of e-commerce enterprises for students’ability. As per teaching and learning features of ecommerce major, each semester from freshmen to graduates after all school courses finish it's suitable to suspend classes to have a comprehensive training. The contents of training are selected by professional teachers following the principle of being shallow to deep. Let students major in e-commerce directly dock with the wholesale shop dealers, taking online and offline advantages to bring the students to real work site of e-commerce. Thus lay a solid foundation for the students’obtaining employment.
