Determination of Benzene and Toluene Etc Six Kinds of Aromatic Compounds in Air by Capillary Gas Chromatography

摘要 水源中苯系物是最重要的污染之一,对人身体有较强的危害,本文研究用Clarus 500色谱有效分离苯系物,试验建立分析方法,优化平衡条件,采用外标法定量计算分析结果。用该法测定了6种芳香烃类化合物,通过实验数据验证了各组分的准确度与精密度,测定值与标准值基本一致,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于2%。 BTEX in water sources is one of the most important pollution, the human body has a strong harm, this study effectively separated by Clarus 550 BTEX chromatographic test established analytical methods, optimization equilibrium conditions, the use of quantitative external standard method calculation results of the analysis. Use this method for the determination of the six kinds of aromatic hydrocarbon compounds, verified by experimental data of each component accuracy and precision, the measured value is consistent with the standard value, measured relative standard deviation of less than 2%.
