摘要
某核电厂海水系统牺牲阳极在检查过程中发现断裂现象,通过研究铝合金牺牲阳极的宏观形貌及微观组织来分析其失效原因。结果表明铝合金牺牲阳极铸件质量的不理想以及铸造缺陷是造成试样断裂的根本原因。
One sacrificial anode was found to be fractured in inspection of a domestic nuclear power plant. The investigation for the failure anode included macro morphology and microstructure test. The results indicated that the bad surface quality and casting defects caused the fracture of the sacrificial anodes.
