凝气器内部牺牲阳极的失效分析及处理措施

摘要 国内某核电厂的凝汽器采用牺牲阳极进行保护,在检查过程中发现阳极出现溶解不均匀、且紧固件发生腐蚀。本文初步分析了阳极失效及紧固件腐蚀的原因,并制定了合理的处理措施。 Sacrificial Anodes are used to protect Condenser in a domestic nuclear power plant. During the inspection, it was discovered that the sacrificial anodes were dissolved unevenly and the fasteners of anode were corroded badly. Failure Analysis of Sacrificial Anode and fastener is discussed in this paper, and the effective treatment is provided.
