农村配电网低压智能开关节能型控制调压器研究 被引量:7

摘要 针对农网380V输电线路末端出现电压过低问题,设计一种低压智能开关节能型控制调压器,直接串联在农网低压台区输电线路上,与用户侧直接相连,在负荷高峰时简单直接地提高用户侧电压,防止用户电压过低。给出了装置硬件设计方案,设计了第一和第二智能开关,可控制变压器的投退,当电压水平满足要求时,可自动退出运行,具有一定的节能效益。实际运行中只需将装置安装在配变低压侧线路即可,无需进行大规模的线路更换或者架设高压线路,实施周期短,见效快,工程量小,工程费用较低,通过现场试验证明该装置具有"小投资,解决大问题"的效果。 Aimed at the problems of too-low voltage occurred in 380V transmission line terminal in rural distribution network, a low-voltage smart switching energy-saving-type control regulator is designed, which is directly connected to transmission line in rural distribution area in series, as well as to the users. It can simply and directly improve the voltage on user side in load peak period, thus avoids low voltage. The hardware scheme is given and the first and second smart switches are designed to control the operation of transformer. When the voltage level meets requirements, operation of regulator exits automatically, thus has a certain energy-saving efficiency. The device is just installed in lines on low-voltage side of transformer in actual operation, which avoids a large scale of lines replacement or setting up high-voltage lines. The scheme has advantages of short construction period, quick effect, few engineering task and low engineering cost. It’s proved by field test that the device really has an effect of “low cost and big problems solving”.
