摘要
为了解决线路末端低电压问题,设计了一种配电台区低压智能调压控制系统,并对其关键技术进行了研究。系统包括电压检测装置、开关控制单元和变压器。通过对配变低压侧线路的电压进行检测,当电压值超出预设范围时,输出控制信号根据预定的变压器比例对输入的电压进行调压。在电压出现波动时自动投入变压器进行变压,电压正常时则自动退出,通过旁路对用户侧进行供电,使其电压质量得到有效提升。利用该系统在高要市某配电台区进行现场测试,试验表明用户侧低电压问题得到了有效解决,保证了电压合格率,对其他支路用户电压影响小,保障了配电网安全稳定运行。
In order to solve low-voltage problems in line terminal, a low-voltage regulation control system in distribution area was developed, and its key technologies were studied. The system includes voltage detection device, switch control unit and transformer. The line voltage on transformer low-voltage side is measured. When voltage exceeds preset range, the controlling signals are output to regulate the input voltage according to preset ratio of transformer. The transformer can be automatically put into operation when a voltage fluctuation occurs; otherwise, the transformer is out of operation automatically when voltage is normal. Then the power is supplied for users via the bypass circuit, moreover, the power quality is improved effectively. A field test is made in a certain distribution area of Gaoyao city. Test results show that user side problems of low voltage have been totally solved, and the voltage qualified rate is ensured. The systems has a litter impact on voltage of electricity users who in other branches, as well as ensures a safe and stable operation for distribution network.
