摘要 论文研传统的零件加工方法的确定主要借助经验对零件进行定性分析,缺乏对加工方法的有效定量分析。本文探索和研究制造特征加工方法的定量分析方法:首先分析零件的制造特征;其次基于格贴近度和多个特性的择近原则,抽选制造特征加工方法特性指标,建立制造特征加工方法 iA?各加工因素隶属函数和加工方法标准库;最后将VC++和面向对象的思想,开发了一个模糊综合自动确定零件加工方法的应用程序。通过制造特征孔的实例,验证了该运用程序在确定待加工零件制造特征加工方法的有效性。该程序同样适用于其他制造特征(如台阶,槽和面等)加工方法的确定。 Traditional processing methods for parts were qualitatively analyzed with experiences, which lack of quantitative analysis. In the current paper, quantitative analysis of processing methods for manufacturing features was explored and researched by analyzing the manufacturing features of parts firstly, choosing the characteristic indexes of manufacturing features based on grid close-degree and optional close principle, and establishing the membership functions of manufacturing factors and the standard library of processing methods for manufacturing features. Moreover, combined with VC++ and the object-oriented thought, an application program was developed to fuzzy comprehensive automatic determine the processing methods of parts.The program can effectively determine the processing method for the manufacturing features of prefabricated parts, which has been validated by the hole example. The program can also be used to determine the manufacturing method for the other features,such as step, slot and surface.
