High Stress Accelerated Reliability Assessment Method Based on the Special Computer

摘要 本文介绍了一种针对地铁、高铁、普铁、城铁应用时,作为车载服务器向车厢内部解码器传送多媒体视频流或作为视频记录服务器的信息处理系统的高应力快速评估方法,由于其系统工作在地上和地下,其中的环境应力变化较大,温度、振动等应力随机性施加,环境恶劣;而普通的Burning测试由于施加应力等级较低,耗时较长,已经很难满足快速有效的激发早期失效和潜在性缺陷的目的,而高加速应力试验具有快速高效的缺陷激发能力,可以实现有效的发现产品设计问题的目的。 This paper introduces a kind of high stress rapid assessment method that applied as a vehicle to the inner decoder server sends multimedia video stream or as an information processing system of video recording server when applied to the subway, high-speed rail, railway and intercity railway. As the system working in the ground and underground, the environmental stress changes violently, such as the temperature and vibration stress applied randomness. The ordinary burning test has been difficult to achieve the rapid and effective excitation of early failure and potential defects due to its lower applied stress and time-consuming. In contrast, highly accelerated stress test has the ability to rapid defect excitation, so that it can effectively find product design issues .
