摘要
本文基于行政学与档案学视角对档案信息资源开发主体多元化进行了理论上的论证,并分析了主体多元化发展趋势下公民、营利性与非营利性组织、各级档案行政与管理部门等不同主体的角色定位。
From the perspective of administrative science and archival science, this paper makes a theoretical demonstration, and analyzes the role of citizens, for-profit and non-profit organizations, archives administration and management of different subjects.
